È arrivato settembre e con lui sono tornate anche le mie ricette, è tornata “Impastando viole”! Mi sono presa un pò di tempo per me.

Settembre è sempre stato un mese particolare, l’ho sempre vissuto come un momento di cambiamento, di transizione. Nuovi inizi, nuovi propositi. Un pò come le piante che si preparano ad affrontare l’autunno, mutano con grazia per accogliere un nuovo inverno. I mesi trascorsi sono stati felici e quelli che verrano sono certa che lo saranno ancora di più. La voglia di impegnarmi in quello che amo è tanta, investire il mio tempo e il mio cuore solo in quello che mi fa stare veramente bene. Per la prima volta m rendo conto di essere fortunata, e mai come adesso voglio assecondare tutto quello che mi è stato dato la possibilità di vivere. Se ci credi e se non smetti di sperare le cose belle arrivano, ve lo posso assicurare!

Per questo “nuovo inizio” voglio regalarvi la ricetta della torta di fichi. Buona e gustosa, ideale per la colazione o per la merenda. Ovviamente ho scelto fichi bio e anche questa volta ho seguito la stagionalità. Pronti ad accendere il forno?

TORTA DI FICHI

Ingredienti:

400g di fichi bio

200g di farina 00

150g di zucchero semolato di ottima qualità

2 uova bio

1 vasetto di yogurt bianco intero

60ml do olio di semi di girasole

1 limone non trattatp

1 bustina di vanillina

1 bustina di lievito per dolci

Procedimento:

In una ciotola lavorate con una frusta a mano le uova con lo zucchero, rendete il composto chiaro e spumoso. Aggiungete lo yogurt, il latte, l’olio di semi e la vanillina, continuate a mescolare. A questo punto aggiungete la farina e il lievito setacciati, amalgamate il composto rendendo omogeneo. Grattugiate la buccia del limone e aggiungetelo all’impasto.  Rivestite di carta da forno una tortiera a cerniera del diametro di 24cm. Versate l’impasto, livellate bene. Adagiate sulla superficie i fichi sbucciati e tagliati a metà. Spolverizzate tutta la superficie con zucchero di canna.

Cuocete in forno statico a 180° per 35/40 minuti circa. Fate sempre la prova dello stecchino prima di sfornare.
